Girls & Boys Varsity Basketball

Both the Girls and Boys Tahoma High School Varsity basketball teams had tremendous success this season. The Girls team went 12-0 against conference rivals, won the NPSL 4A League tournament, and made a state appearance at the Tacoma Dome. The Boys team went 11-1 against conference rivals, won the NPSL 4A League tournament, and made a state appearance at the Tacoma Dome.

Girls & Boys Wrestling

2024 Girls Wrestling Team

The Tahoma Girls Wrestling team had a remarkable season, breaking records along the way. The Lady Bears sent six wrestlers to the Tacoma Dome for the state competition: Za’Lane H. (140 lb., League Champion, 4th at State), Liz K. (145 lb., League Champion, 5th at State), Katie Peterson (235 lb., 2nd at State), Morgan F. (170 lb.), Bella H. (130 lb.) and Katie K. (115 lb.). As a team, they placed 10th, which is significantly higher than last year.

2024 Boys Wrestling Team

The Boys Wrestling Team won the state tournament, surpassing the 4A state scoring record with a combined 193.5 points. Some highlights include Crew Lambro (106 lb.) placing 1st in his weight class and 12 Tahoma wrestling placing overall (a new record). Coach Christ Feist was chosen by his peers as the 4A Coach of the Year, and the Assistant Coaches were voted Assistant Coaches of the Year.

Boys Swim & Dive

2024 Boys Swim and Dive Team

Congratulations to the NPSL 4A league champions, the Tahoma Boys Swim & Dive team! As a team, there were 18 best times, 16 top-six finishers and 7 first-place finishers. This year's league team was the largest in Tahoma history, totaling 20 athletes. Congratulations on a fantastic season, Boys Swim & Dive team!

Cheer Team

2024 Cheer Team

Tahoma High School Cheer won the Washington State Title, placing 1st in the Traditional category and Overall Grand Champion across every division with the highest score across all 59 state qualified teams. At the national competition, the Tahoma cheer team: had 26 Varsity Game Day athletes; had 20 Varsity Traditional athletes; placed 7th in the nation for Large Varsity NT Division 1, Traditional; and 10th in Nation for Super Large NT Varsity Division 1, Game Day. A HUGE congratulations to the Tahoma Cheer team!

Gymnastics

2024 Girls Gymnastics Team

Throughout this season, the Tahoma High School gymnastics team put up a fierce competition against their opponents. The team clinched the NPSL League Championship, and had an impressive showing at both the district and state meets. GREAT JOB, Tahoma gymnastics team!
