Bus Routes

*For K-2 students returning to in-person school in October, 2020: We will share bus routes with families as soon as possible. For students in grades 3-5 returning in a hybrid model for some in-person school: We will share the A/B schedule assignments as soon as they are available. This will dictate which days you ride the bus. Middle and high school students: we will share bus route information as your return-to-school date gets closer.

*Normal school year:* Find bus routes and stops by using the VersaTrans E-link system. To view maps of school attendance areas, please visit the school map web page.

VersaTrans E-LINK is your connection to Tahoma School District student-transportation schedules and also provides a quick, easy way to verify which school your child will attend. The school district no longer publishes bus schedules in local newspapers or on the Web; E-LINK is where you find that information.

  • Click on E-LINK above.
  • Select your student's grade level. (Note: P0-P4, PA, PP refer to preschool; however, do not select these codes. Preschool families will be contacted by staff with bus information. K2 is kindergarten. 01 through 09 and 10-12 refer to the corresponding grade. 99 is a staff code, not for parent use).
  • Enter the student's home address, including house number, street and ZIP code.
  • Click the Find School/Transportation Info button**

E-LINK will display your student's school, bus number, nearest stop, and pick-up and drop-off times. Please note that pickup and drop-off times may change during the school year.

Early release Fridays: E-LINK does not provide separate transportation schedules for Friday early release* school schedules. All schools release 90 minutes early on Fridays, so dismissal and drop-off times are adjusted accordingly. *Please note: early release has been canceled for the remainder of the 2018-19 school year, beginning on March 22, in order to help make up time lost due to snow days.

Limited Transportation Routes: Adverse road conditions, such as snow and ice, may require changes to limited transportation routes. If the district announces that buses will operate on limited transportation or snow routes, please check your route number to confirm pickup locations:
