Snow routes are not available on VersaTrans. Please scroll down to find Limited Transportation Routes (Snow Routes)

VersaTrans E-LINK is your connection to Tahoma School District student-transportation schedules, and also provides a quick, easy way to verify which school your child will attend. The school district no longer publishes bus schedules in local newspapers or on the Web; E-LINK is where you find that information.

Directions:
Click HERE or choose VersaTrans e-Link from the menu on the left side of your screen (see image above if you're using a mobile device).

Select your student's grade level. (Note: P0-P4, PA, PP refer to preschool; however, do not select these codes. Preschool families will be contacted by staff with bus information. "K2" is kindergarten; "01" through "12" refer to the corresponding grade;  "9" and "99" are staff codes, not for parent use).

Enter the student's home address, including house number, street and ZIP code in the boxes as marked.

Click the "Find School/Transportation Info" button**

E-LINK will display your student's school, bus number, nearest stop, and pick-up and drop-off times. Please note that pick-up and drop-off times may change during the school year.

**NOTE: If you see "The home address could not be automatically located on the map" in red text at the top of the page and "Home street not found – closest matches," followed by a pull-down menu in the middle of the page, locate your exact street on the pull-down menu, then click on the blue "Use Selected Match" link. Then, click the Find School/Transportation info button again.

Early release Fridays: E-LINK does not provide separate transportation schedules for Friday early release school schedules. All schools release 2 hours (120 minutes) early on Fridays listed on the calendar, so after finding your child's Monday-Thursday drop-off time, subtract 2 hours (120 minutes) to find the Friday early release time. (Please note: 2022-23 school year routes will be available Monday, Aug. 8).

To view maps of school attendance areas, please visit the school map web page.

Limited Transportation Routes (Snow Routes):

Adverse road conditions, such as snow and ice, may require changes to limited transportation routes.

Please follow this step-by-step process to find your student’s limited transportation routes (snow routes).

1. To access all Tahoma School District snow routes, CLICK HERE.

2. Find the folder with your student’s route number and open the folder to find each school’s AM and PM snow route for that route number.

3. Looking for AM or PM routes? These are differentiated by “A” or “P” (example: 87S A RCES = AM snow route for Rock Creek Elementary School Bus Route 87)

*Please note that many route numbers apply to more than one school. Make sure to select the route with your student’s school abbreviation:

THS - Tahoma High School

STMS - Summit Trail Middle School

MVMS - Maple View Middle School

CRES - Cedar River Elementary School

GPES - Glacier Park Elementary School

LWES - Lake Wilderness Elementary School

SLES - Shadow Lake Elementary School
