READY! for Kindergarten Parent Workshops

READY! for Kindergarten® is a program for parents and caregivers that helps them prepare their child for a happy and successful school experience.

These e-learning workshops consist of three self-paced, online courses (approximately 1 hour each), each with its own theme: language & literacy, math & reasoning, and social & emotional. Participants receive resources including age-appropriate targets for ages 0-5, toys and games, and training for how to help their child work toward being ready for school success.

Who should sign up for READY! for Kindergarten?

This program is for every parent or caregiver whose child is ages 0-5 and has not started kindergarten. READY! for Kindergarten is an optional program and is not required to register a child for kindergarten. The online workshops are specific to certain age groups, so be sure to sign up for the workshop that is most appropriate for your child's age.

Workshop Overview

Participants will complete three, self-paced online courses (about 1 hour each) and learn how to use the resources and materials/toys provided to help their child meet the age-appropriate targets in language and literacy, math and reasoning, and social-emotional learning.
