Potential measles exposure at away game

Potential measles exposure at away game
Posted on 01/24/2019
We are providing information to staff and families from Public Health Seattle & King County regarding a confirmed case of measles in a man who attended the Kentlake-Tahoma basketball game on January 12 at Kentlake High School. There is a possibility that people who attended that night were exposed to measles, though the health department said the risk is considered low, especially for people who are immunized.

Measles is highly contagious. According to Public Health, most people have immunity through vaccination, but if you have not been vaccinated or have not had the measles, you may be at risk if you were at a location of potential measles exposure.
