⬜ Finish Strong, Start Strong: Raising Attendance Awareness
Did you know that a student who misses 18 school days per year (about 2 absences per month) will have missed 234 days of school by the time they graduate? That’s equal to 1.3 school years of missed learning opportunities for that student.
We want to partner with our families to make sure all students are supported in their attendance. We encourage you to reach out to your child’s teacher or school support staff to discuss ways you can support your child’s school attendance. Let’s finish this school year with strong attendance so we can start next school year on the right track!
