All-call: Tahoma students in need of computers

All-call: Tahoma students in need of computers
Posted on 03/24/2020
Dear Tahoma families,
We just sent an email to each of you -- with one more “all call” for any Tahoma student who still needs to borrow a computer to use during this extended school closure.  If you do want to reserve a computer, please check your email and use the form we included.

We will distribute computers to those families that reserve them, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. tomorrow, Wednesday, March 25. Please note: All pick-ups will occur on the east side of Tahoma High School near the bus loop (use the entrance off of Maple Valley Highway adjacent to Les Schwab).

Before 10 p.m. tonight, please click into the form linked in the email we sent you, to review important information, reserve a computer and sign up for the time slot for tomorrow when you prefer to pick up a computer.

Our Tahoma Learning Connections site published the first set of optional learning activities for our students last week -- that effort and distributing computers to students represent Phase 1 of our multi-phase plan, which we will share more about tomorrow.  This week, we will have further details for families as we determine how we will expand the learning connections for our students following additional guidance from state education officials.

We appreciate our partnership with Tahoma families, and we are confident that we can get through this difficult time together.

Thank you for responding to the form and for your patience as we work to serve all families.
