Make Online Payments
All payments to Tahoma School District or any Tahoma school are made through InTouch Receipting, our online payments service.
To make an online payment for your child, including athletics/activities fees, food service account funds, field trip fees and others, please visit the InTouch Online Payments website.
Instructions for Making Online Payments
- Log in using your Skyward username and set a password. If you do not have a Skyward Family Access login, or need your help finding your username, please contact your child's school.
Please note: It may take up to 24 hours after creating or updating your Skyward account before being able to log in. - Once you click the "Set your password" button, and set your password, proceed to log into InTouch.

- A $2.50 fee is applied to each credit/debit transaction processed through InTouch.
- A $25 fee will be assessed on all credit/debit card chargebacks.
- Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted forms of payment through InTouch.
