Now Available: Skyward Family Access, Student Access and New Student Enrollment

Family Access, Student Access and New Student Enrollment are now available in Skyward. Thank you for your patience during the ongoing migration to the updated version of Skyward. Please be aware that some areas are still being updated during the next couple of weeks. 

We’ve updated our Family Access webpage to include the new link, helpful toolkits and videos for how to navigate the new layout and features. Be sure to check it out! 

Username and Password

Your Family Access username and password will remain the same, unless your password expired during the system downtime. Can’t remember your password? Click the “forgot password” function on the login screen. 

Please note, you’ll need to use the email address tied to your Skyward account to receive an email with your username and password reset link. If you do not receive the automated email within 5 minutes, please contact the front office at your oldest student’s school to verify the email address on file. 

Mobile App

If you’d like to use the Skyward Mobile App and haven't downloaded it before, you can do so through the App Store on your device. Check out this helpful instructional video: How to download the Skyward App.

Already have the Skyward Mobile App? If you have the Skyward mobile app already installed, you will need to delete your old account in the app and add a new one for the upgraded Skyward database. This guide will walk you through deleting your old account and reconnecting to our upgraded database. For more information, visit our Family Access webpage.
