Peachjar Flyers
To improve communication by community organizations to Tahoma families and to continue the school district's efforts to reduce paper usage, we have contracted with a company called Peachjar to distribute flyers electronically.
Many surrounding school districts already use Peachjar to distribute information flyers from both outside organizations and school groups, including PTA/PTO and clubs. Flyers are sent to families via email and are posted on the web. Outside organizations pay a fee to distribute flyers but school groups post for free. Families will receive flyers via email or can set up Peachjar accounts and manage the flyers they want to receive. Only district-approved flyers will be sent to families. Email addresses will not be shared or used for any purpose by Peachjar.
School groups (PTA/PTO/PTSA organizations, Tahoma Schools Foundation, District employee organizations, student organizations and their booster organizations) can post information free of charge. Please contact your school’s main office to post information on Peachjar.
Outside organizations can request flyer approval by following the steps below:
- Visit https://accounts.peachjar.com/
- Register as a Program Provider (account type).
- Upload your flyer for approval.
Your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district office. District staff will review the material and approve or deny based on Tahoma School District Policy 4060 and Procedure 4060P. Peachjar charges a fee for this service.
