Public Relations

The Public Relations (PR) Dept. is responsible for communicating the Tahoma School District's strategic plan, the organization's mission and values, and timely updates that are of interest to the school community. The department recognizes the importance of two-way, accessible communication to ensure that all students, staff, families and community partners can engage in the success and future planning of the district. The Public Relations Dept. also processes Public Records Requests.

Family and Student Communication (ParentSquare)

Beginning Aug. 2024, the Tahoma School District will use ParentSquare as the primary school-to-home communication platform. District, school, classroom, and extracurricular communication with families will be sent through ParentSquare, and this is the best way for families to connect with their student's teachers and school administrators. ParentSquare can be accessed on your web browser or via the ParentSquare mobile app.

Students in grades 6-12 may use StudentSquare for extracurricular or classroom activities. StudentSquare can also be accessed on a web browser or via the mobile app.
