Tahoma High School Summer/Spring Sports Information

Athletic Registration Days & Procedures:

Athletic clearance will begin Monday, May 13th, for all summer sports.

All athletes must complete the clearance process prior to the first day of turnout.

 Athletes in Grades 9-12 will use the TSD Online Athletic Participation Form to sign up for summer sports. All forms need to be submitted before the athlete can turn out.  Practice schedules can be found on individual websites.  First day of turnout for summer sports – Monday, Feb. 27th 2019 (Boys Basketball), Tuesday, Feb. 28th others

 The following steps must be completed to receive athletic clearance. Coaches WILL NOT accept paperwork, and athletes cannot participate in their sport until clearance is received from the athletic office;

 Physical Examination:  The Tahoma School District requires a Physical/wellness examination which is good for two years. Physicals must be valid for the entire sport season and must not expire before Aug 1st, 2019 for high school summer sports.

 No payments are due.

 Athletic office: The athletic office will respond via email from FamilyID that your student is approved to participate in sports.  If you do not receive an email within 2 days, please contact Tina Angell. NO athlete is allowed to participate in practice until the coach has the okay that the athlete is cleared.
