Fall 2011-2012 Registration Information
To register for the 2011-2012 Extended Enrichment program, please complete and sign the two page registration form and submit along with your Annual registration fee to:

Registration forms will not be accepted until Monday, May 23rd for current EEP families, or Monday June 6th for new incoming families.
Extended Enrichment roster positions will not be assigned if form is incomplete or registration fee is not included.
