Tahoma School District facilities can be requested for use through the district’s new on-line calendar called Tandem at http://tahoma.tandemcal.com.
Community groups can submit a request by clicking here or using the link provided below for Non-District Staff.
Staff members can submit a request by clicking here or using the link provided below for District Staff.
Please note that registering with Tandem is required before a request can be submitted.
Sports groups requesting to use a gym, field or the stadium for the purpose of a sporting event: Please DO NOT submit a request on-line. Instead, download and complete a Sport Event Facility Use Application form to be submitted to the Facility Use Coordinator.
Fees are listed in the Procedures document available on this site. Please submit your request at least 2 weeks prior to use of district facilities. Liability insurance is required for all groups.
